Mr. Dwight L. Bush is the President and CEO of Urban Trust Bank (UTB),
an affiliate of the REJ Companies. Mr. Bush has over 25 years of corporate finance, private
equity, mergers and acquisition, and strategic financial management expertise. His distinguished
career includes roles as a financial transaction professional and a corporate officer.
Before joining Urban Trust Bank, Mr. Bush founded D.L. Bush & Associates, LLC, to
pursue investments in financial services companies, small business investment corporations
and specialized tax credit programs. He was also a partner at Stuart Mill Capital, LLC. Mr.
Bush worked for 15 years at The Chase Manhattan Bank in a number of roles, departing as a Managing
Director in 1994.
Mr. Bush is a member of the Board of Directors of EntreMed, Inc.
Mr. Bush is also a member of the Boards of Trustees of the GAVI Fund, Cornell University
and The National Symphony Orchestra.
