Advanced Training Skills for Reproductive Health Professionals
This reference manual is a companion piece to the Clinical Training Skills and Instructional Design Skills reference manuals, and is designed for: 1) all trainers, preservice faculty and clinical preceptors who wish to improve their training skills; and 2) proficient clinical trainers who will be trained as advanced trainers. It focuses on the group process, problem-solving and decision-making skills that all trainers need, and also describes the process of becoming an advanced trainer and coaching new trainers.
