A nurse with over 15 years of field experience, Ms. Allen is a senior technical advisor for Jhpiego and the U.S. Agency for International Development’s flagship Maternal and Child Survival Program. She has influenced organizational strategy and priorities, and served as a technical leader in HIV/AIDS, reproductive health, maternal health, TB, community health and health systems strengthening in countries including Ghana, South Africa, Nepal and Pakistan.
