Dr. Silvia Kelbert is an infectious disease physician and global public health leader. She serves as Principal Technical Advisor for Jhpiego’s Global HIV-ID portfolio, collaborating with leaders and experts across Africa and Asia to support existing country health systems and primary health care programs to close the gap toward ending the global TB epidemic and strengthen high-quality, people-centered care.
