Jhpiego aims to generate demand for cervical screening by providing women with information about cervical cancer, the risks of HPV and its relation to cervical cancer, appropriate ages to start screening, and the information on how to get themselves screened. The focus of this work is the linkage between community settings and primary care, taking an approach to meet women where they are with health information and connect them with primary care services for cervical cancer screening.

Jhpiego is looking for a consultant who could help build on this successful intervention and work with the relevant partners to expand the model to add cervical cancer educational materials at the Geria KIA booths.
