Pam Schutz, a seasoned financial services executive, is the retired CEO of Retirement and Protection for Genworth, a spinoff of GE. In that role, Ms. Schutz was responsible for $7 billion in revenues and over 3,500 employees. She was a recognized expert in the private and public sectors on retirement security issues.
Ms. Schutz currently serves on the boards of Delta Dental of Virginia, WomenStrong International and UP RVA, an organization dedicated to helping children in Richmond’s inner city attend private schools. She was formerly the board chair of the Bon Secours Richmond Health System and a trustee and treasurer for St.
Paul’s School for Girls.
Ms. Schutz holds a BA from Briarcliff College and an MS in business from American University.
