Elizabeth Oliveras

Dr. Elizabeth Oliveras has worked for nearly three decades in international health, focusing on research, monitoring and evaluation with experience in reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, health and development programs. As director, Dr. Oliveras provides strategic vision for the measurement, evaluation, research and learning team and oversee the team of advisors, ensuring excellence in our work in the technical areas that Jhpiego supports, including monitoring, learning, adaptive management, research and evaluation. She also oversee Jhpiego’s efforts to develop and implement data compliance standards that are consistent with international best practice.
