Clinical Training Package
This course is designed to provide the learning and practice opportunities that health care providers need to develop competency to deliver high-quality cervical cancer prevention services using HPV testing for screening and thermal ablation for treatment. It aims to enable providers to easily integrate HPV testing and thermal ablation technologies into existing cervical cancer prevention programs. This course builds on each learner’s knowledge and experience and takes advantage of their interest and motivation to accomplish the learning tasks in the minimum time possible. The training emphasizes doing, not just knowing, and uses competency-based evaluation of performance. The course is interactive and participatory and uses a variety of educational approaches to maximize learning.
